Yoga4U is pleased to announce that we are starting Prenatal Yoga Classes from May 1, 2019. Classes will be specifically designed and led by a Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor to ensure you feel safe and guided.
Prenatal yoga benefits :

Classes are dedicated to strengthening your body and pelvic area. Yoga is also a great mediation and stress reliever.
